The way I gained a sound health from chronic sickness
It is estimated that 415 million people are living with diabetes in the world and I am one of them.
I am have been diagnosed Type 2 diabetic for many years. I am attached to a Danish hospital and go through necessary screening on regular basis.
I don’t expect my sickness to disappear but I now almost don’t feel that I have any sickness. I take 2 Metformin twice a day.
I believe, on some day in my lifetime diabetes cure will be possible. I am trying to hold on until then without deteriorating my organs.
I have changed my lifestyle for the last five years.
Now the digital journal for the last 10 years is available in personal page of the health department.
I was looking at the recent laboratory test report on the digital medical journal. A five years old test result is also available digitally.
I have just translated terminology from Danish and given the main numbers below.
You will find out the numbers from last week are all green and numbers from 5 years ago are red.
I also will explain later what has caused the difference.

Back in 2013,
I used to wake very late in the morning.
I either skipped breakfast or ate some biscuits together with coffee.
In the lunch, I ate fast food.
In the afternoon I read the useless show business news and drank soda.
I ate pizza in my dinner.
I sat down in front of the TV and watched hours long movies.
I used to smoke 40 cigarettes a day.
Today in 2018
I wake up very early and eat whole wheat bread, with boiled eggs, light cheese, and fruits.
I drive my kids to schools and arrive work in time.
I eat salat and black bread at lunch.
After I bring children from school, I go to the gym to work out. Some days, I run in nature.
At dinner, I eat brown rice and white meat or fish, a lot of salat and drink pure water.
I was essentials TV programs and sometimes help children with their home works.
I don’t smoke. I quit the habit some years ago.
